Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Niles

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was what I expected on the inside. It was clean and comfortable. It is off the interstate a goods way but close to where I wanted to go. It had every thing you would want including a mall within walking distance.
The outside of the building looked sketchy. It was older, run down and the lobby looked bad. The room redeemed the outside. If I were driving by I would have never stopped. Glad I did.

It is easy to save money here as there are restaurants from fast food to upscale dining. A short drive with the gps will get you to a grocery store. It is great if you are visiting Niles and Warren. HOwever, if you need quick access to the interstate, this is not the place for you. Good beds, good internet connection but a cube tv and little to no outlets for your lap top and smart phones. ...read more

The housekeeper was very kind.
The front desk clerk was not nice. The breakfast is just a joke. A few Danish and coffee. That sums it up.

The room heater did not work. It was extremely cold like 50 degrees. Even when I called the front desk and they supposely adjusted the thermometer, it was still very cold. There is a small frig in the room. But no microwave.

It was in a convienent location and good price.
The hotel had a smell like old cigarettes and perfume. The hallways and rooms had old dirty carpet.

The hotel was in a convenient location but carpet in rooms and hallway were dirty. The rooms and hallways smelled like old cigarettes and perfume.

Location was great. Very close to everything in the area.
Room looked as if it was from the '70s. Nothing particularly updated, other than the fridge. The TV was old, room decor was old, and everything smelled musty and like a retirement home. It was an ok stay, but not for what was paid for it.

Very old looking hotel. Double check prices and what room looks like. Not what I expected.

Clean, friendly service, the people were fantastic.
The only draw back was the small breakfast area.

I would and have recommended this hotel to others, very nice, convenient, and excellent staff.

It was near where my sister lived.
The room smelled like it was changed from smoking to a non-smoking room

The room provided me with a place near the highway, near family, and had air conditioning that worked. It was clean and the staff was friendly. My main grumps were: the bathroom renovation was not complete and the ceiling needed to be fixed, and the room smelled like people have smoked in it in the past.

THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED.
THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED. NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM.
