The location is a money saving location, just 8 miles away from the premium outlet international, with in 5 miles you around the hotel u can find all the food and malls u want

The staff was fine. the location on the other hand was not what was advertised on line. we were looking for a hotel very close to the airport and it was 20 mins away.
We booked this hotel for shuttle service to the airport for our flight to alaska. after booking the hotel on line and aupon checking in we learned that their shuttle service only runs from 6am to 10pm. our flight was leaving at 6am

THe hotel was clean and the staff was fine. but it would have been helpful before booking to know that the shuttle service only runs between 6am and 10pm....we had to pay for a taxi to take us to the airport.

The room was clean and spacious. Do not plan on getting into your room much earlier than the 3pm check. pool was fine but no bathrooms by it, either had to go to your room or into the lobby area which is weird.
It said it had a resturant and bar but it was closed due to a wedding. Plus the Tiki bar was closed. The breakfast we did not get to eat because there were so many people and no room to sit.

Good Location close to mall and many places to eat by it. I wished we would have checked things out more before had but this was a quick decision because the Sleep Inn we stayed at the week prior we did not prefer that's why we changed hotels.

The location was great very close to all the parks and shopping.
For the price everything was fine. They need to check more when cleaning, my son found a pair of underwear that was not ours behind the chair in the room, but that was the smoking room we were moved from anyways

When I booked this room I booked a non-smoking room but upon check in they gave us a smoking room. The very next morning they were able to give us a new room. The staff was very helpful and rooms were good for the price. The parks are within a good distance from the hotel. I would stay again if i was looking for a budget hotel for an expensive trip to disney.

Brand new mattresses were VERY comfortable.
Not much of a breakfast selection - waffles w/o fruit topping, no breakfast meats or eggs, only 2 cereal choices. The pool was not heated. Had second floor room with no elevator so it was difficult getting bags to room.

For the price I paid for this hotel for 7 nights, I was very pleasantly surprised! Room was clean, linens clean, beds comfortable. Room had microwave as well as mini-fridge. Would have no problem staying here again.
