Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Owensboro
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

Overall it was clean, in good condition, and affordable. It could have been alot worse and I didn't expect perfection. Thanks

The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the room made this feel like much more than 2 1/2 stars! Best Days Inn I've stayed at in years

It is a very good value for the money. There was a small refrigerator, which could have saved us money had we thought ahead. Free Wi-Fi. Overall a very pleasant stay, even when the weather didn't cooperate.

If you are looking for a cheap place to catch a few hours sleep....then this is it....but sleep lightly...not a good area to be in. Staff was great, friendly, room was clean...bought extra towels and shampoo. Just an old , no frills motel.

The room doors were to the outside of the building and it was not quiet! Every car door and room door could be heard. The room doors were also hard to close, therefore they made a loud noise when going in and out (it literally shook the windows). The bedside table had something spilled on it that wasn't cleaned up and then discovered that the spill had trickled down the side of the bed and it's coverings were never removed either. The desk chair was ready to fall apart when I sat in it (not that I'm heavy...I weigh 127lbs). Limited channels for cable and no internet service even though they said they had wireless and gave me the password. I couldn't even get cell phone service in the room. ...

Bathroom and beds were very clean. Hotel staff were very accommodating. WiFi didn't work. Continental breakfast was very skimpy.

We went to checkin at the given check in time and was asked to come back in one hour, when I arrived one hour later there was a very large group of 52 in the process of checking in. One guy was helping them check in. There was also another lady working there (she was also the one who had asked me to come back later). The group was very upset as their rooms weren't ready and the hotel knew exactly what time they were to arrive. The lady asked me if she could help me, but then she continued going through papers of the previous nights guests and checking them out since they had not yet done this. I waited almost one hour for her to check me in while she was checking out the previous days guests. She was also in a very bad mood and grumbing at the gentleman working with her. Then we get to the room where the tv doesn't work. I called the front desk and get the gentleman who was working and he offerd to switch us rooms. I get downstairs and the lady very rudly tells me that the tv isn't working because of the satellight being out. Needless to say the tv never worked the entire evening. ...
