Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Raphine

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

To The staff was kind kind and helpful.Having breakfast available is so nice when you are getting back on the road.
The beds were a bit too firm for me and my sister.

This Days Inn is right off the Interstate. Decent and clean place. The staff was helpful.

Not much... but the outside was pretty.
I will never stay there again nor at a Days Inn, all they did was complain about Priceline and having to give me a room. Once in the room it was not what I would call a suite as they stated, nothing matched and it was all very old.

If you just need a bed to sleep in it is fine. It would have been alot nicer for us if we did not have to hear the complaints of teh staff about Priceline. All we wanted to do was go to sleep, especially my 4 year old!

Helpful staff but NOT a two star hotel!
Dirty dining room - did not eat there even though meals included. This is NOT a two star hotel. It is not even a one star hotel. It was dirty, and in VERY poor condition. I stayed one night - never again! Priceline really needs to re-ev

Stay elsewhere!! What a dive!

Room heater/AC worked very well.
Entrance to property not lit well enough. I saw the entrance sign and accidentally drove down the
exit lane. Better lighting will fix this.

Good continental breakfast.
Needs upgrading; carpet dirty, floors dirty and sticky. dark and dingy, toilet didn't work, wife and I used bathrooms in lobby.

If you need a place to hang your hat for the night that's close to I-81, this hotel is a decent, reasonable choice.

Convenient location.
Desk attendant said Wi-Fi would be slow. We could not get an internet connection.

Rooms were dirty and there was a dead roach in the bathroom.

The staff was personable, but the room needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

Nothing.
The hotel was dirty, nasty, the floors never cleaned, bathrooms nasty.

For the money spent on this room, it was not a bargain. It was more like being in a road side motel. Very outdated, beds were awful, not clean. We got up and took showers quickly and left, so we would not feel so dirty.

The staff were very helpful in trying to find out why the room smelled so bad.
The room was filthy, smelled bad, and had not been cleaned. There were no other rooms available.

This used to be a nice hotel, but they remodeled this spring and something happened. The bathroom doors don't close. The room doors don't all fit. The dust and paint chips from remodeling haven't been cleaned up. At my last stay, I think the sheets had been changed, but everything else was a mess--the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, there was sticky stuff on the bedside table and old toothpaste on the sink and hairs in the tub, and the toilet was grimy. Worst of all was the strong, foul smell in the room--like rotting asparagus. The hotel was full and I could not change rooms. At least the non-smoking rooms are still reliably non-smoking. ...read more
