Manager cancelled this reservation, which we thought was not possible due to us paying priceline in good faith in advance. Needless to say we were very unhappy with this experience - arriving at your hotel destination very tired after a long day.

It looked like it would have been a nice hotel if I would have been able to stay there!!!
I did not get to stay at this hotel because I was told that Price-line over booked and the room was cancelled so I had to go to another hotel and pay out of my pocket; not a happy camper right now!!!

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.
I'm lazy and there was no elevator.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Proximity to the Interstate and shopping areas.
I prefer outside entrance versus indoor corridors.

Excellent accommodation for a tired traveler. Clean , neat and desk personnel were extremely helpful.

Easy access off Interstate, easy to find.
Ice machines were both broken.

It was quite and convenient to everything.
There were no elevators for this hotel. The hallways smelt like cigarette smoke.

Breakfast was not very impressive and I think the waffle mix was bad because it tasted awful. Everyone who made a waffle threw it away without eating it because they were so bad. The hallways smelled so badly of cigarette smoke whether you were in a non smoking room or not. I was traveling with family members who have trouble with stairs and there were no elevators in this hotel and the first floor was all booked. I liked were the hotel was located it was very convenient to everything and quite. The staff was friendly and the price was very affordable. It was close to where I needed to be.
Carpet in stairways dirty, tables in breakfast area dirty.

Wasn't impressed or unimpressed.
