Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn San Antonio Alamo/Riverwalk
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

The MANAGER was very rude and impolite.I hate that I didn't get her name. When I got to my room there was a devil costume in the corner so I am assuming that my room hadn't been cleaned prior to my arrival. There were a couple of things that did not work such as outlets and the alarm clock. I would not recommend for someone to stay here, especially with their families. I would not stay here for the simple fact that the Manager was so rude and the service was horrible. Not to mention my dirty room!!! ...

It was more of a MOTEL and not a HOTEL. I was very surprise that they charge $10 to park in the uncovered regular parking lot. Do they expect customers to walk to MOTEL? This is a hidden cost that was not apprciated. Price line had check in time at 2:00 pm but when we arrived the said it was 3:00 pm. We never had hot water to shower with and shower know was broken and rusted. The television was a very old model. Weather changed and the doors had many gaps so the cold air was filling the room. ...
