This is the second time we have stayed at this Days Inn. It's not a resort by any means, but well suited to return to after a day of sightseeing. Friendly staff, ready to help. Continental breakfast is enough to get your day started.

The hotel was dirty, the rooms smelled and there was trash all over the place.

We had asked for a non smoking room however, our room smelled very strongly if smoke! We asked to move rooms however, there was none available till the next night.

Everything Was fine except a funny smell in the room. Nice cool, Continental breakfast was sufficient, close proximity to all the attractions .

Family Traveling with Teens
The noixe from the traffic and train and elevator aoutside room was dreadful, Light on elevator wall outside window shone all night. Flushing toilet noise and running of Bathrooms shook pikes audible and the fun=rniture in the room was too big to safely navigate two people without injury. Airconditioner at level with first bed meants either sleeping with air on back or loooking at light through curtain all night and freezing. Location wasone block from Tram car but staff sent off in wrong direction on first day. ...

Customer service was poor, I requested and paid extra for an airport shuttle 24 hrs in advance that never came. Imagine waiting with two kids at 4 in the morning for a shuttle that never comes because, we found out the front desk never made the reservations.
