The room was very nice for the price. Clean and comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff.
This hotel met all my needs
If you like a hotel that is clean, quiet, well maintained, close to shopping and a friendly staff this is a good place to stay. Not a resort but everything a traveler needs to enjoy their stay.

I'm not sure I liked anything about the hotel. My kids were afraid as soon as we saw all of the transients in the area.
Cigarette holes in the blankets. Shower was scalding and couldn't seem to adjust. Needs a paint job and new carpet. Stairs and entrance to room is dirty.
I guess the only positive I can say is that it' close to SeaWorld.

I liked the free shuttle to Old Town, the Gaslight District and the airport. Also the microwave and small refrigerator in the room. The free breakfast was diverse, with fresh cooked eggs (& pancakes, I think) made to order.
The only amenity was bar soap and shampoo. Could have used a shower cap and lotion. No view, but that wasn't a deal-breaker.
This hotel was nicer and better equipped than I expected. The location was very good for our plans, near Old Town, Liberty Station (nice restaurants, nail salon and Trader Joe's) and Point Loma. Easy access to the highways. The bed was spacious and comfortable, bathroom was new and clean. Staff was very clear and helpful during check-in. Helpful, pleasant shuttle drivers. I would happily book this hotel again. ...

The only nice thing about the hotel was the heated pool and hot tub and the fact that it was within 10min of the zoo, old town, and sea world.
The hotel room smelled like mildew when we walked in. The carpet was damp, and there was black mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. I requested a room change but was told there were no available rooms. Unacceptable!
I would NEVER stay at this hotel again even if it were free!

I wish I knew the hotel offered seaworld packages
Because seaworld is so close, they offer a shuttle. Their free breakfast is awesome. Great staff.

Great location/proximity to airport and convenience to stores/restaurants.
YES- Both rooms that I reserved DID NOT get wake up calls on the morning of check-out/departure from airport.I personally called front desk the night before to set up the wake up calls and spoke to the Front Desk Manager who guaranteed the calls
Don't trust wake up calls and the alarm clocks in the rooms are NOT plugged in.Breakfast/comp was sufficient and the rooms/bathroom were spacious and clean.

Very helpful staff. Easy access to I-5 and I-8. Kind of rough crowd over weekend. BreakfaSt was free and very good.
Only concern was safety of d girlfriend I invited to San Diego.
