Days Inn Shelburne/Burlington

Front desk staff very friendly breakfast- friendly host room was slight disappointment: bug on bathroom floor first night, dust/cobweb in corner by French doors leading outside, tile/carpet junction from main room to bathroom not finished- sharp edges on tile, most frustrating was that lights at head of bed were not working, neither did the corner lamp in the room.

Hotel was good for the price.

I was traveling with my family for my Dad's memorial service. It was a particularly bad time to be met with the rudeness and inhospitality of Days Inn.

The location and price of this hotel made it a convenient and budget friendly choice for our family trip. The hotel management should replace the tired, dirty linens and fix or repair the table and chairs that are chipped and stained badly to ensure their guests the best experience possible. This hotel is part of a nationwide chain and I found it surprising that the conditions were so outdated. The side entry door was unlocked at all times, easily accessing the inside of the hotel to non-guests. This made us uneasy as it did not require a key card to enter for non-guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It was just what we were looking for, just a place to stay, not too upscale, generally friendly and simple. It was a comfortable stay.

Rooms need to be in better repair and cleaner. Nice balcony breakfast area, but only toast and muffins and cereal food stuff.

It sucked if you have issues. Tons of attitude and they blamed me for thier issue! Never stay at this location!
