Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn South Seattle - Kent

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Linens dirty and worn/thin. Plaster patched and overall run down appearance. Tub/shower dirty.

Budget accommodation. Check-in staff very unprofessionally dressed. Entire hotel looks beat up.

It had a nice shower curtain.
After arriving there was a $15.00 charge per night for a pet. Wish you would state this on your web site.

It smelled damp. The cleaning crew were always busy and doing a good job. There were no extra blankets available when we asked.

Low price, and it meets basic needs except for the sink problem.
The sink in bath room does not drain, so I was unable to use it.

None.
Hotel has musty and moldy smell. Dark hall lobby. Dirty carpets.

I don't recommend this hotel at all. Staying here felt like you'll be ill. We almost left even after paying!

The swing shift clerk for the evening was the only good thing in this hotel.
It was very dirty and they served expired food.

I
would not recommend this hotel to anybody, it was dirty the rooms had no screens in the windows, under the air conditioner was a big hole in the wall, the paint was pealing of the door frame, the room smelled musty, the water pressure in the bathroom was a trinkle and there was no hot water, the furniture looked like they came from the city dump, the hallways were dark and the breakfast bar was lousy, they served expired food and we ended up with food poisoning, the Internet was not working in the rooms you had to sit out in the hallway, all together never again will
I stay in this hotel, and
I will do anything in my power to get a refund, because that was not what
I paid for.

Good location, quiet, friendly personnel. Clean, comfortable bed, nice size room.
No hot water to take a shower in morning, loud running toilet all the time.

Clean, attractive hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Very limited selection of food for free breakfast. Nice room, good amenities.
