Woman at front desk was friendly and as helpful as she could be.
We had a person who was disabled in our group. We were booked on the second floor, no elevator, and could not change the room.

Once we got in the room, it was clean and comfortable. The property itself, however, could not be more ugly. It is located on a wedge of land between two highways, no landscaping, all asphalt. The young woman at the front desk was as friendly and helpful as she could be. The manager, when asked to change a second floor room to ground floor (handicapped) was completely unhelpful. It is true we should have booked handicapped in the first place. Even for a woman who had had a stroke and practically had to be carried up the stairs to her room.

Great trip from start to finish. Rooms were clean. Bed was great. Staff was all very friendly.
