I forgot something in the hotel room.I phoned back as I was leaving the Island. Jay at the front desk contacted housekeeping who located my lost item. I was contacted by phone and arrangements were made to Fed Ex the package to me at home.Great service.

Staff at check in and staff in both the lounge and restaurant were wonderful. Would not hesitate to go back. Great food.

Nice location, good room
The thermostat was cranked to 30C when we arrived and it took us awhile to notice. Even after lowering the temperature and leaving the outside door open for awhile, the room still seemed too hot.

Amazing location on the harbour practically next door to the Legislature. Really a beautiful spot. The hotel was clean and well-run.

Some noise coming through the walls from other guests but not excessive

The location and view were amazing, much more than we ever expected!
The service staff in the Restaurant was very mediocre and sometimes a little rude. This happened two different times by two different servers, both female.

Great place with an excellent location, wouldn't change a thing!

Wonderful location on the Inner Harbour. SIT DOWN breakfast included (rather than buffet).
Wifi signal in my room was never constant. I continually was being disconnected and had to reconnect - I mean every 3-5 min. (no exaggeration).

location location location. And the attached liquor store ! and the pub/restaurant in the hotel. Very convenient.
Do not book room 423. Too small. Other than this, if you can, ensure you have a habour view.

Location and helpful staff, nice view of Victoria's inner harbor.

This hotel has a great location on Victoria's inner harbor, friendly and helpful staff, and a very nice restaurant, and a very nice restaurant/bar with live entertainment on weekends. Although it is getting a little old, I enjoyed my stay and consider the price to be very reasonable.

It's location was great for us we were down to visit family that are in a facility so we were very close.
The room itself was
OK, the bathroom was very tiny. The fact that we hot only warm water for 2 days and no hot water for the last day. The response from the desk was "guess everyone is having a shower at the same time".

The hotel was priced right for us, we didn't want to spend a lot for a room we would not be staying in except for sleeping. The restaurant was excellent we ate there every morning and the restaurant staff were great. It was nice early in the am to go for a nice walk before breakfast. Staff seemed very nice even though we didn't have much to do with staff. We would probably stay there again just because the price was right, but I would explain to friends our experience and leave it to them to decide whether they would stay there or not. ...read more
