Staff at check in and staff in both the lounge and restaurant were wonderful. Would not hesitate to go back. Great food.

This hotel has a great location on Victoria's inner harbor, friendly and helpful staff, and a very nice restaurant, and a very nice restaurant/bar with live entertainment on weekends. Although it is getting a little old, I enjoyed my stay and consider the price to be very reasonable.

OK, the bathroom was very tiny. The fact that we hot only warm water for 2 days and no hot water for the last day. The response from the desk was "guess everyone is having a shower at the same time".
The hotel was priced right for us, we didn't want to spend a lot for a room we would not be staying in except for sleeping. The restaurant was excellent we ate there every morning and the restaurant staff were great. It was nice early in the am to go for a nice walk before breakfast. Staff seemed very nice even though we didn't have much to do with staff. We would probably stay there again just because the price was right, but I would explain to friends our experience and leave it to them to decide whether they would stay there or not. ...
