Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Williams

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Staff were great and ready to help. The beds and rooms were great slept well. The free breakfast was decent not bad.
The direct TV service was not working but they were in the process of fixing it.

The hotel was great and easy to find and the shops and dinning downtown were great. Local people were very helpful when our car over heated. Had a great time.

You told me my reservation attempt failed, then sent the "pack your bags" message on my second attempt. I got two reservations in my email. Paid double for my stay. staff can't fix booking or hotel stay issues for Priceline customers. Fix this or lose me.

Courteous, friendly people; horrible coffee. Good coffee shop just up the street.

I rarely leave tips or take surveys. However, everything about my experience at this Days Inn was well worth both. Nicely Decorated,Very Clean and the breakfast in the morning was the best! Also, Williams is a charming little town. I'll diffinately be

After coming from the Quality Inn in Williams, we were delighted with our room and the facilities at this location. They had a nice pool and spa, good breakfast and the staff was helpful.
We asked for a room on the second floor, not knowing there was no elevator. That's a problem for many, and it was difficult for us to haul everything up. They also have a problem with room swipes, it tooks us 3 trips to the front desk to enter.

We definitely would return, good value and responsibly managed.

Helpful staff, decent breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. Much better than other 2 star hotels. More than met our expectations for the star rating.
No electric outlets near the bed.

Exceeds the expectation for their star rating. 45 mins from the south entrance of grand canyon which is good.

The staff was awesome, breakfast was solid, and I was really pleased that they had public computers and laundry in case they were needed.
A/C/heat was a little funky, and overall it's not quite as nice as it looks in the photos here. My biggest worry was that I didn't see an elevator for anyone with accessibility concerns - though, call to confirm this since I just used the stairs.

Also, it's worth noting that this hotel is mostly outside of town. If we were staying for more than a night, I would have really enjoyed a hotel within walking distance from food and shopping.

Free Breakfast and Indoor Swimming Pool
Everything was great.

I was surprised to find a free breakfast. The rooms were clean and neat, didn't smell at all and had a new hotel feeling to it. Had a new hotel feeling to it. Minutes from downtown Williams and staff had great suggestions on where to eat in town. Be sure to bring swimsuits no matter what time of year as they have an indoor pool and spa. :) Great experience. My kids want to go there again. ...read more

The hotel and staff were amazing! The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The pool was relaxing. I cannot say enough good things about this Days Inn!
The convenience of it's location!

This Days Inn has it all! A beautiful indoor pool; free coffee and tea through the day and evening. A quant lobby overlooking the indoor pool. Nice laundry facilities. It is within a mile from downtown Williams, AZ and the Grand Canyon Railroad and a quarter of a mile from RT. 40. Great location and very clean! Plus there is a Denny's next door with a sports bar! Amazing! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to all! ...read more
