Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Yuma
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 10, 2012

I would not stay at this hotel or tell anyone to either. Very dirty rooms, and the breakfast they serve is a joke.

The location is excellent for "central Yuma". Clean, comfortable, and friendly. I'm staying there again!

Staff was unfriendly from the moment we arrived. Stated we were too early to check in, come back in 3 hours. Pool was unheated and was the smallest I have ever seen at a hotel. Hot tub was about as warm as pool should be. Room was OK, but mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. There was a 1" gap under the door to the room. Daylight and air moved freely under the door. The sitting chairs in the room were also very firm and uncomfortable to sit in. We were very tired and asked for a wake up call and also completed the steps for an automated call. No call received. Staff was unapologetic, stated, "we put it in, should have worked".

The rooms and the pool were clean. They are not updated, yet it was not warn out. The lobby and the parking were clean and easy to get in and out of. The breakfast was continental, yet very fresh.
