Hotel Guest Reviews of the De La Ville Intercontinental Roma
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.November 3, 2012

Staff. Especially manager. Awesome service. Excellent location. Loved it! No hesitation to recommend. And the roof top bar/restaurant, best view in the city. Bar none. Try it at night. Most breathtaking spot. My room was small but I will absolutely be back here again. No question. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Couldn't have a better location. Staff was top notch - very helpful. Hotel has an unusual layout in an older building, but our rooms were modern and comfortable. I know there are smaller rooms than the one we had.

This should be a 3 star hotel or 4 star at best. 5 star means luxury accommodations and this hotel was not. The rooms they give Priceline customers are way too small.

Excellent location and 5 star service. Restaurants serves fantastic, (but pricey!) Italian food cooked to order and there's nightly entertainment while you eat. The rooms either face the street or face a wall, but how much time do you really spend in a room while in Europe. When traveling it's all about location and this place is the best. Steps from the Spagna Metro station and the Spanish Steps right in the heart of Rome! ...
