Although I specifically picked this hotel as it was mentioned that I would have free WiFi, they still wanted to charge me ($30) for 24hrs. It was a major scene to get them to accept that I was entitled to free WiFi.

Room on first floor was very small. Nicely appointed, just small.

Staff. Especially manager. Awesome service. Excellent location. Loved it! No hesitation to recommend. And the roof top bar/restaurant, best view in the city. Bar none. Try it at night. Most breathtaking spot. My room was small but I will absolutely be back here again. No question. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Great location - right above Spanish step and next to Hassler, clean and comfortable, quiet environment.
Doing walking tours from the hotel require stepping down and climbing up the steps of the famous landmark.

It is a fantastic hotel with great location.

Fantastic location. exceptional staff.
Wifi very expensive. Oh Well.

Couldn't have a better location. Staff was top notch - very helpful. Hotel has an unusual layout in an older building, but our rooms were modern and comfortable. I know there are smaller rooms than the one we had.

The location was good and the linens were good quality.
My room was shockingly small. You could barely walk around the bed.

This should be a 3 star hotel or 4 star at best. 5 star means luxury accommodations and this hotel was not. The rooms they give Priceline customers are way too small.

Hotel room is so old ad dark.

The hotel is very old building. However staff were kind the location of hotel was great.

The location is fantastic. Literally 100 feet from the Spanish Steps and Spagna Metro!
Rooms were small and most face a wall.

Excellent location and 5 star service. Restaurants serves fantastic, (but pricey!) Italian food cooked to order and there's nightly entertainment while you eat. The rooms either face the street or face a wall, but how much time do you really spend in a room while in Europe. When traveling it's all about location and this place is the best.
