This hotel staff is excellent in providing good tips to the best hikes around town. They also offer free bikes during the biking months which is great if you don't want to spend money on rentals!

Family Traveling with Young Children
Even though, there was so much construction and the hotel was empty they made us pay to upgrade our room.
We were not aware that the hotel was under construction, and considering this nuisance. Eye sore and noise. Even though, there was so much construction and the hotel was empty they made us pay to upgrade our room (which was also a disappointment because the fireplace was very dated and not worth the extra money).

Business Traveler
As a Hilton Diamond member for the past 7 years, I thought this would be on par with most of the Hilton's I have stayed at. Upon entry of the room, the carpet and furniture was worn. The view of the backyard of a run-down house was not very pleasant. Not an inviting first impression. However, the bathroom had been updated and had a separate shower and sink area which was very nice. I know that Delta is fairly large chain in Canada, so I was expecting much better. Unfortunately, I probably would not recommend this to friends/family nor would I stay in a Delta property again.

Family Traveling with Young Children
My husband and our two small children, as well as my mother visiting, stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms are lovely, the pool was safe and fun, and everything was very clean.

This was a fine hotel. To be rated at 4 stars there should have been something that they would go beyond the call of duty in order to get the wow factor. They should have given something extra, which they didn't. The provided the basics well.
