Hotel Guest Reviews of the Delta Burnaby Hotel And Conference Centre
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

What made this visit different was that it was a quick, unplanned trip to visit our first grandchild - two days old. The hotel is five minutes from our son. When we checked in early in the afternoon we were tired but happy having spent an hour with the baby after a long car ride to Vancouver. When the girls at the front desk asked what we were up to - getaway, shopping or what have you - I showed them the pictures we had just taken of our granddaughter. Both girls at the front desk thought that was wonderful. Later that night when we got back to the hotel there was a fresh fruit plate in our room with bottles of water and a congratulations on your new baby message in a card from the girls at the front desk. It had been a very long day and that made it perfect. I still smile at the kindness. ...

I would recommend this hotel. The rates are reasonable, the breakfast at EBO restaurant is very good, and the staff were very friendly.

We booked this hotel for a weekend while visiting our son at BCIT. It more that met our expectations. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. We accidentally left the Do Not Disturb sign on our room, and came back at 430, called the front desk and they had housekeeping come up within minutes. Starbucks in the lobby was a nice treat to grab a fresh coffee in the morning. Casino was a lot of fun. Nice clean hotel and I would definitely stay here again ...

The hotel overall is very good. I like the Delta brand. Casino interesting though not a gambler...great food in the casino, too.
