The staff and waterslide
Not really... maybe a change room by the pool instead of just a bathroom?

The staff are wonderful and happy to help where they can. The hotel is clean and easy to locate and get around.

The link to the other side of the hotel - very noisy if staying on 3rd floor

Very friendly staff and good location if you want something in the south end. If they put you on the 3rd floor in the Tower, ask to move. The pool is located in the Tower building and there is a walkway on the 3rd floor to the other hotel building. This means that many kids run screaming down the hallway after they're done swimming to get to their room in the other hotel building. ...read more

Our room was modern and kept so clean. I had asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what I got!

The pool area was not kept up as much as it could have been like with towel provision

Excellent customer service with a special touch for children.
No complaints.

This hotel was a very nice surprise. I got much more than expected. The hotel staff was as friendly and accommodating as 5 star hotels I have stayed in. They were provided a special surprise for my daughter which was a bonus. Great place - no complaints at all. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend to others.
