The room was ok but the public spaces were dated. The location was great parking was a nice feature not free but reasonable.
The public space were dated elevators a problem and the crowds were unbelievable
Additional costs took the room rate to a new high for what I got. I did like the idea or ease of get on to the networks and at no additional costs. I would not stay there again if I am going to pay that much I will go to other new hotels in the area. Parking areas would scare a lady to use and for those I would recommend either parking else where or paying more for vale parking ...

Elevators did not function properly. Sometimes wait for an elevator was 5 minutes or longer. Hotel parking was too expensive.
Great hotel for the location conscious. Don't pay more than xxx night and remember to add $30/night for parking. Free wi-fi is a great bonus.

Reasonably priced for Toronto downtown. Very central location within easy reach of major attractions. Free Wi-Fi.&@Newspapers.
Very busy hotel, with large groups, airlines crews, hockey teams etc. Looks worn out. Confusing location of multiple elevators . Several entrances on different streets are also confusing to first time users, enecially those who are meeting someone .
