The location of the hotel is excellent on a beautiful harbour with a long waterfront walkway. It is a 1 block walk to the downtown shops, restaurants and sites. The staff was efficient, friendly and helpful...they offered us an upgrade to a view room as we were there on our anniversary. We will certainly stay again next time we are in Victoria.

Great location right on the inner harbour. I see this hotel every time I come to Victoria so it was great to finally stay here. The rooms, amenities and staff are all excellent. Try to get a harbour view room if you can!

Family Traveling with Young Children
great family hotel close walk to town. the fee shuttle was wonderful. The pool is warm and poolside was warm in any weather. Helpfull staff.

The hotel is lovely. The room is excellent, although the harbour view is obviously much nicer than a courtyard view. It's a very quick walk into downtown Victoria but they do have a shuttle that will take you into town and pick you up. Hotel restaurant is a bit expensive but the service is outstanding and the view of the harbour is just wonderful.

Hotel was in a nice location for us as we had our car. Staff was very nice. In the pool area we noticed others had hotel robes, we did have any. Also didn't like that we had to pay for parking in the garage.
