Hotel Guest Reviews of the Denver's Best Inn And Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Great value for what we got. This hotel is not in the mix of the city, but is extremely convenient for interstate access and through-travelers. I was thrilled with our room for the price and how friendly and accommodating the staff was, especially since I didn't arrive until almost 4am. The morning crew, however, was very rude. Housekeeping knocked on my door multiple times within the hour, and they even had the front desk calling us 20 minutes before checkout asking us to please vacate our room. Infuriating seeing as I had only been in the room for less than 7 hours. Also, although they are a very pet friendly hotel, there is no adequate green space to walk the dogs.

First, the place was in an odd location to get to. Once we got there the concierge was not at all friendly, didn't even try to crack a smile. The ceiling was falling in on itself. Once we got to our
non-smoking room we noticed the heavy smell of stale smoke set in the furniture, the beds, the walls. Then we got into the bedroom and noticed blood on the left side of the toilet, blood splatter on the side of the sink and underneath. The phone cord was caked with spilled soda of some sort. Then seen the pool...it was not yet ready to be used and instead of having the pool covered it was uncovered and full of algae and scum, it was disgusting. We knew when we rented these rooms it wasn't going to be the best quality, but we didn't know we would be walking into a crime scene and vomit in the elevator. ...

Have traveled for 30 years, worst hotel I've ever been at (this includes China.).

This hotel was the worst experience of my life. I have traveled to many locations and seen many hotels that are of sub standard quality. In my line of work I seen lots of run down hotels. This one was the worst I have ever seen. From the moment I walked into the lobby and saw the dirty windows and smelled the musty odor in the lobby I should have known. The hotel staff upon arrival was rather short and not very helpful. We (wife, myself and brother) were placed in a room directly above the garbage bin area. Very noisy in mornings. The elevator going up was very shaking and sound as if it needed serious help. The room, where do I start. The carpet at the threshold was torn back and shredded. The room smelled bad. The bathroom had an unknown red colored paint splattered on the mirror and walls. The bathtub had mildew around the edge in the caulking.

Overall, a great value for a moderately priced facility that included free wifi hookup, continental breakfast and ample parking. Location is convenient to I-70 and without a GPS may be difficult to locate. Will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

When I arrived, I was not immediately greeted but once they did, they were nice until I came down from the room they gave us and asked for a different rooms because ours smelled like cigarette smoke. They did give us a different room but did not seem like they wanted to do so. They did not have extra pillows or blankets in the rooms. When we asked they told us housekeeping did not let them have extras to give to guests. The remote did not work on the TV and while the room seemed clean, you did not get the feeling that it was completely clean. The front desk area was run down as well. After we stayed here, I checked reviews on a review site and found out some people had problems with bedbugs. We looked when we were there and did not see any so we were fortunate to not have to worry about that. Yes, it was a very cheap stay, but I would never stay there again no matter how cheap! I would rather pay an extra 10 or 15 dollars for peace of mind!

It's a nice cheap hotel, but at the end of the day it's still a cheap hotel.

The hotel is under construction, and they had issues with the water why we were there. They are definitely taking steps in the right direction, and the renovated rooms were nice to stay in. Hotel staff was friendly and assisted us with an early check in since we had been driving all night and that was greatly appreciated.
