it was unspectacular just clean and comfy

Most of the staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to help.
There was no freezer in the fridge and the "colder" control was so worn the hotel staff couldn't make it work either. The only sink was in the bath.

It was located just 5 minutes from my first morning appointment.
Due to construction, the parking lot was messy.
It served its purpose as a place to sleep and shower.

It was safe, you needed a room key to open a door.
Breakfast was OK, but they can do better.
I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Waterloo. It was safe, I felt very comfortable.
