Great Pool, great courtesy and employees outstanding, lots of amenities
One thing that was difficult is that my husband and I are in our 60's and our room was probably a quarter of a mile from the lobby -- a bit too far, the only other problem was the vent fan in the bathroom was loud. The view from our room was great.

Be aware that the rooms can be far from the lobby (if that is a concern) Eat at the Yachtsman Steak House, it was wonderful. Moderately priced but service and quality of food outstanding.

The price is expensive and the hotel charges a handling fee for each package that was shipped to me on online purchases. This is not a big deal for North Americans but it is worrisome especially for Brazilians

The hotel is perfect for families traveling with small children and for elderly people because it is right beside Epcot Center and the shuttle bus can take you to the other parks very quickly. The nice thing is that there is no need to rent a car because the hotel offers transportation not only to the parks (except Universal Studios) but also to the international airport. For domestic travelers there is a check-in service right at the hotel entrance which enables the baggage dispatch before you take the bus, a big plus for people carrying lots of suitcases. It was a bit crowded but considering the proximity to the park and the time of year this was expected

Easy access from airport via magical express bus and great proximity to park. We did have to make some changes to the reservation as the trip got closerwhichwas a little tricky because you have to talk to Priceline instead of the hotel, but the Priceline staff was incredibly helpful and things got resolved with ease. Overall a good experience for my family and myself.

Pay for wireless service. In room safe too small for laptop.

The first room we were given faced out towards the reception area, so it was quite noisy late into the evening. Fortunately, our A/C wasn't working, so they moved us into a quieter section of the hotel after they were unable to repair it the next day.

The pool is just amazing. The fact that it has sand on the bottom is awesome. It has an area for kids and adults. The location to parks fantastic.
The only thing I didn't like was that the bus transportation for our hotel shared it with the entire boardwalk. The swan hotel should have own bus.
