The day of check out we were woke up at 8am with our check out bill. Check out was not until 11am! Housekeeping came really late one day then really early the next day.

Staff were excellent, room was clean and just as described. Shuttle service is worth the extra to stay at a disney resort.
Room a bit small and beds were small and hard but that was what I expected. We were only in room to sleep and shower. In truth if I wanted more comfort I should have paid more for a different hotel. Would stay there again.

Regardless of my cons I would stay there again without question. As long as you understand you are going to disney and understand that means disney pricing, then you will be fine. This is considered a value resort for a reason. If you are looking for more stay at another resort. You get what you need and excellent disney costumer service.

Loved it! Great pools, and staff. Free parking!! You can leave your car ther and move in a Disney bus where ever you want. We checked out at 11 am ( they offer lete check out if you need) and they let us leave the car there.
The rooms are waaaay to small.

Good location, somewhat helpful staff. Cleaning lady came everyday and left extra toiletries and clean towels.
For a first experience to Disney with my family, it was extremely overcrowded. I don't know if it had something to do with some sort of competition due to all the teams I saw, but I thought we had beat the spring break crowd, so I don't know.

Booking with Priceline was great, we did not get treated any different than if we had booked with disney. We put in a room request, but did not get one near where requested, but I think the location we did get was great. If first time to Pop I would suggest starting from the classic hall to find your room. My family and I walked all the way around thinking it was really far and then during the day took a diff route and it was way closer than we thought! Also if it is a cold time of the year I would suggest bringing clothes for cold weather even if the weather says it will be warm. It was a lot colder than the forecast and we ended up having to wear the same thing over and over! So bring warm and cool clothes. Last but not least, make sure you have a lot more money than you think bc Disney knows how to drain your pockets! We barely made it through, even with me packing lunch most days and eating bkfast in the room. Do lots of research before you go and try to always use the fast passes unless it is late and almost time to go. Try to really make it to the parks early to get as much as you can get done and download my disney experience for the maps. That is for an inexperienced person like I was=) ...read more

Good location, free parking at hotel and all parks, free buses to parks.
Food in cafe wasn't great, rooms are kind of small with double beds. Refrigerator wasn't cleaned out from previous guest.

Overall well worth the price you pay for it. Common areas and pools looked nice, but unfortunately the weather was colder than expected so we didn't use them.

it was so big it was hard to find your building

the price was reasonable you can take the bus to anywhere in disney it has the food court so it is fast and reasonable
