nice location, pubilc spaces, convenient location, free internet
other than flat TV - the rooms are Holiday Inn circa 1970's style no choice but to get breakfast buffet which is ridiculously overpriced

rooms are 2.5 star, the rest is 3 star

The hotel was very near our travel destination. The staff was terrific and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. The pub food was really good and reasonably priced.
I wish there were a closer parking lot than just the valet parking. My husband had to do a lot of walking and it was cold out. And you do hear planes taking off from Westchester Airport.But the complaints are minor ones.

I would definitely recommend this Hotel to other travelers.

Staff was clueless. Gave me a room already occupied, failed to give me a wake up call. Inconvenient location. no choice but to valet park. No newspapers

The concierge and transportation was very helpful. My GPS was not working properly and and transportation fixed it and Kathleen printed maps for me.

This is a truly first class hotel. A big surprise wad the room service,and thr more than reasonable prices.

The pool and hot tub were clean
I found a cockroach in my room and I had no hot water. By the time they fixed my water, I was late for dinner and also for the show I was in town to see.

Wifi was a bit slow. The hotel was packed, though, so it could have just been the number of users

Great stay. The hotel was a nice value, considering the surrounding area.
