The gulf view room was amazing
We left our patio open and we eaten alive by mosquitos all night.

Check in was very easy and we were able to check in early. The room was very comfortable and the view was the best. It was nice to have the mini fridge in the room and the wolfgang puck coffee for the morning. The tiki bar/ outside dining area was busy in the evening and service was not great, but for the atmosphere, very enjoyable. Their outdoor food selections was normal for a beach environment, and reasonably priced. The pool is very well situated with views of the water and convenient to the bathrooms and tiki bar. Overall the location is great- there are very view beach resorts in the area with pools that have beach views and rooms with frontal gulf views. ...read more

The location was perfect and there was not a lot of crowds on the beach, nice white sand beaches and the sunset there would have been great if a storm would not have settled in at that time of night.
The rain the next day, weren't able to actually enjoy everything the resort had to offer.

It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The view from our room was fantastic.

Although we only stayed for a short stay, it was relaxing. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The Conch Grill was a little pricey but worth it. Jason, out waiter, made awesome recommendations and all the of the staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunsets while sipping a drink at the tiki bar. Definitely the way to go!

The Hotel is a 4 star not 3. In all my years staying in Hotels, this staff was the best and nicest I've ever met. They did more than you asked, treated you as if you were friends and family. I am in awe of the quality of the staff. You all rock!!!!!!

The hotel is not a 3 star rather a 4 star. Staff the best in the business. You were made to feel as if you were the most important customer they had. The restuant was excellent....wonderful breakfast buffet! I am 60 and have travel frequently and for me to say this was the best staff I have ever met is something I don't say lightly! I would stay there again just because the experience was so outstanding. Beaches are beautiful, accomodations lovely but turely the staff put this Hotel over the top!!!
