Helpful staff, nice room.
It is near the highway-not a "charming" location, but it worked just fine.
Free parking, free cookies, free wifi. It was a good place to stay.

The room was terrible. It was extremely hot and the thermostat controls were broken. The fan is the bathroom could not be turned off. AS a result I slept very poorly . All in all, a very negative experience

Very good central location, close to restaurants, and airport.
Pricey room service, Breakfast was $$ at Traders Dukes (Hotel restaurant)
The Doubletree was a nice hotel, a little pricey at their inhouse restuarant. Convenient location, right off highway, easy access to downtown and airport.

The wonderful free chocolate chip cookies!
The bathroom door shuts automatically, and there were times I wanted it open...had to put a wastebasket to hold the door open.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and nice. The TV lacked a good variety of stations. But this is a nice hotel for the price.

Location is great. Service is just EXCELLENT.
The staffs are so helpful and attentive. I appreciate the smaller touches to the hotel. The warm greetings from the staff and always ready to assist.
