It's close proximity to the New Marlin Park Stadium and local restaurants and beaches
No parking at the hotel however they had quick and efficient valet and parking garages available close to resort

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. We originally had reservations for one night and changed it to two. The rooms were clean and immaculate. Hallways could use a little updating and paint but other than that the overall presence of the Hotel was stunning. Great location and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Same building as the people we were there to visit.
I didn't expect to have to request the cleaning of my room each day after choosing to not have our room serviced following our first night. 5 nights total Their interpretation of a king sized bed is at least 6 inches less (width) than mine at home?

Out of the 3 options all within a block on Biscayne near downtown, this is cheapest for a reason. This place is still nice enough and the pool/hot tub area is very nice.

Each room has a balcony. Pool and hot tub area are very nice...with palm trees and lovely landscaping. Loved the attached mall with many unique shops and restaurants
Parking was very pricey.

Location was walking distance to our daughter's apartment. Nice park on the bay with lots of action nearby. Rooms and staff were above average. Mattresses not the greatest.

I like the city view and the bay view. The room is nice.
I don't know why they forced us to valet our car, even they do had the parking lot beside the hotel. The valet fee is $29.00/per night.

You have to pay for parking and the balcony doors don't open you are not allow to go on balcony.

30 dollars a day for parking wasn't mention in the booking. Also making the res. I was told you can sit on the balcony.

View was ok.
Did not like the forced valet parking for $30/night.

I expected much more for the cost. Screwed us with a surprise $30/night forced valet parking fee. Room was average. Staff and atmosphere was snoozy and seemed they cater only to the wealthy, and I was not even that impressed with the place.

Room bathroom could have been cleaner.

The room itself is fine, however the
AC unit leaked water and the toilet was not very clean upon arrival.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were amazing. Although, we did not spend alot of time there, it was relaxing to end the day there.
The parking was an unexpected expense we were not aware we would need to incur.

Although, we were not there to spend a great deal of time there, we did enjoy this hotel very much. The hotel was a pleasant surprise and we would definitely return or recommend it to others traveling to the area. We would give this hotel an 5 star rating!
