Hotel Guest Reviews of the Doubletree By Hilton Hotel And Suites Pittsburgh Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 6, 2013

If you drive there, do a Google street view so you could see where the entrance to the garage is. My room didn't have a fridge, I learned if you want one, then ask at check in, otherwise fill the sink with ice to store your drinks. Most hotels give you bottled water that is bottled by who-knows-where-this-came-from and tastes like NJ pool water. Not Doubletree. They had two bottles of Nestlé brand water and it was great. I was really surprised that they had a shuttle service that would take you anywhere in the city... AND pick you up. The driver, Nick, was great! He also acted like a local tour guide pointing out some of the local history as we passed them. I've stayed all over the world and was very impressed with the services at this hotel. Definitely look at this hotel if you find yourself in Pittsburgh. ...

Suitable hotel. Right downtown. If they screw up your reservation you get a couple drink coupons, which makes it totally worth it, and I'm not even kidding.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Just eat elsewhere and mind your parking.
