The room was huge, modern and comfortable.
Would have preferred to not have a handicapped room.

Convenient to I-10, as well as LSU. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was unique and well maintained. Cookies upon arrival are always nice. Free internet and good selection of TV channels. Staff was helpful and friendly when we asked to keep our cargo trailer there a few hours after checkout.

The staff was fantastic. Friendly and very accommodating. Went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant.

Spacious rooms. Extremely comfortable bed. Clean and new!

I would stay at this hotel time and time again. Felt clean and new. Even though it backs up to the interstate, it was not noisy at all. Best hotel bed I think I've ever slept in! 5 stars!

Very modern and comfortable.
Only complaint is the water is softened and the bathtubs do not have anti-slip materials in them, making them extremely slippery. Use extreme caution.

The room layout was nice and the food we ordered from room service was very tasty.
We picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. I did not stay a second night because the jacuzzi jets were not working. Total trip killer!

The hotel was extremely clean and updated. Had a great location and plenty of parking.
Ended up with a handicapped accessible room...not the best when trying to have a romantic New Year's Eve.

Front desk staff was great with a late check in and check out. They even had a cab waiting for us in 20 minutes after we called.
