Easy check in and out. Good location for my needs. Clean, comfortable mattress friendly staff. Parking was reasonable$

We had breakfast right outside at the Metro very good. Park at hotel rates were good and easy access. The décor was very nice and very clean. Very helpful staff.

did not live up to star rating- at most a 3 star. Old, somewhat run down. Questionable cleanliness- woke up wondering if I had gotten a bedbug bite.

I have used priceline with good results in the past. However, given this experience, I would be reluctant to ever use them again. This is a mediocre hotel, old, not overly clean, with no real amenities. Should not be rated 4 stars.

The location was perfect -- easy to walk many places, and at the crossroads of two major subway lines. The hotel was clean and comfortable and overall very nice.
Everything was good except one night when we came back and the room smelled funny -- a little like an outhouse. It was gone the next day and we're not sure where it was coming from.

A very nice place to stay -- no extras (like coffee in the rooms, newspapers, or other "freebies"), but it had what we needed and made our trip very pleasant. The convenient location let us come back to rest before dinner, so we had lots of chance to explore the city.

BIG NEGATIVE: THE PRICELINE FINE PRINT: ALTHOUGH YOU BOOKED AND PAID EXTRA FOR 2 BEDS THROUGH PRICELINE, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED. TRY SHOWING UP IN NYC WITH 4 GUESTS ONLY TO FIND OUT YOU HAVE ONE BED!!!

Bait and switch. They tell you they are putting you in a great room, but it was handicap accessible. Showers and closets were too low, and if you could use shower there would be water all over the bathroom as no tub. Switched into very tiny room.

Prepare for rude service people at the hotel. They could care less about you as a guest. I will never use Priceline again, bad experience.
