The coffee machine didn't work and had to request a new one. The AC in the room broke. We wait over 2 hours after check-in to get a key.

there was a roach in the bathroom and wasnt as clean as expected..

overall it was an ok experience . For the price paid could have been better..

The hotel was fine. The pool was not heated as advertized. There was some kind of convention going on that monopolized the poor area with loud music. Had to go inside as it was not pleasant. The TV service kept going in and out.

I left my IPad in room and was sure it would never be found but IT WAS!! The pool was nice.
The room I stayed in was a motel. My room was on 2nd floor and there was no elevator. the room was ok -the shower was outdated. I was charged 15.00/day for parking.

I would stay in the Hotel -it seemed nice and 3 1/2 stars but the motel part I would give 2 1/2 stars

They are in the midst of a complete remodel job; everything was torn up. Elevators closed, entesnce and exit doors closed, noisy workers, noisy repair projects, grounds torn up.

nothing.. misrepresentation.. we were in small room NOT in tower YOU show us. I talked to manager had to fuss with then sent to tower.wow..found mold in tub area. shower curtain want some pics i have??. called two times..had to bleach cln myself.

continued.. dailey coupons in our room were there on first day. each day after i had to stand in line at front desk to get them oh..to finish my GREAT staying with them I had to go back to front desk again. bcos my final bill had $13.75 dailey parking fee for EACH day..20 mins later ..parking fee removed..If i hadnt prepaid for this overrated hotel i would have left after the first nite..oh would you like the pics i took of our GREAT rooms.. Hotel charges $20 parking fee per car which is bad considering they have lots of space. Room is old and smells terrible like old carpet. It is very far to walk to lounge or Resturant, and you can not drive there because there is no parking in front.

Very nice rooms in the villa's, nice parking area. Lots of things to do at the hotel.
Check in process was slow, then the staff gave me the wrong key to my room so I had to go back and wait in the line again to get the correct key. Hotel made a lot of holds on credit card for incidentals and such that takes awhile to clear off.

Overall nice hotel, just had a few hiccups in the check in process. I would def recommend staying at this location. I would stay again if I was in the area.
