excellent rooms, and the best- right across from the trolley!
No free shuttle from the airport- expensive taxi ride.

I loved the friendly manner and helpful attitude of the staff- clean rooms, bright spaces- all in all, a wonderful experience.

Nice rooms, spacious bed, nice bathroom. Excellent location, right off the freeway and near a mall for easy shopping.
Housekeeping replaced only one towel after the first day and we never received the replacement towel even after requesting help from the front desk.

Pros: My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary here and the person at the front desk who checked us in upgraded our room without charge, which was very nice. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The concierge also gave us a good recommendation for a restaurant. The hotel was very conveniently located near the freeway, which made our traveling much more comfortable and efficient with respect to time. Cons: Received an additional $50 charge after checking in, and I'm not sure what it was for (though to be honest I failed to follow up and ask). Parking was $18 a night. Would have been nice to not pay that, but so be it. I was a bit surprised that after making a request to the front desk for additional towels to be sent to our room that we never received them. The housekeeping staff took both towels that we had used that morning and replaced them with only one towel for the both of us to use. The location was fantastic, right across from the trolley and close to everything we wanted to see. The place was lovely and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable!
Of course we didn't enjoy having to pay $18 a day for parking.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel, centrally located within quick driving distance to everything. Restaurants nearby to walk to as well. Right across the street from the Trolley.

The staff was very friendly and did not hesitate to give cookies upon our request. We've gone to the Doubletree Hotel in Livermore and they were very strict about giving out cookies. We felt guilty even asking for 2 cookies.

The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of space of our luggages.
The only thing missing was an outlet near the mirror outside the bathroom. A small fridge and a microwave would have been a nice touch.

The value. The price I received was more than fair considering the quality of the property.

I have been lucky to get this hotel twice through Priceline. Great staff, warm chocolate cookies upon arrival (I always score extra) and an extremely comfortable room and bed. This is a great place to stay in the San Diego area. The bar area is very nice and you can take the trolley to downtown or to TJ. Highly recommended!

I loved the hotel, as far as Priceline I will recommend to my family, friends, co-workers that they avoid priceline.
Dealing with priceline customer service was beyond disappointing, I paid for the trip over a month in advance only to have the hotel put a hold on the card tying up funds. I wanted to upgrade my room well in advance and could not get a straight answer fr
