I loved the hotel, as far as Priceline I will recommend to my family, friends, co-workers that they avoid priceline.
Dealing with priceline customer service was beyond disappointing, I paid for the trip over a month in advance only to have the hotel put a hold on the card tying up funds. I wanted to upgrade my room well in advance and could not get a straight answer fr

Location and cleanliness.
I left a personal razor in the room. I called hours later to attempt to have it returned. Transferred to a voicemail, no return call or follow up. :( Presumed to have been "kept" or thrown away by cleaning staff.

I have stayed here several times previously and never been disappointed. Great location, cleanliness and friendly staff. Rooms look to have been renovated recently and are very nice.My only issue (ever) has been that on this most recent occassion I left a personal razor in the bathroom. I called hours later to attempt to have it returned. My call was transferred to a voicemail, and I left a detailed message (date, room #, etc). I have not received a return call or any other follow up, such that I can only presume that my item has been "kept" or thrown away by cleaning staff. In any event, I will now have to replace it. I really liked the fitness center, very modern and well equipped.

The DoubleTree by Hilton at Mission Valley should have its rating changed from 3 1/2 stars to four. My family and I enjoyed our stay here, from the very clean and contemporarily decorated rooms to the attentive, informative and guest friendly staff. Plan to return soon.

Location was perfect. Minutes from where we needed to be and I loved all the shopping and great restaurants near by (walking distance) I would definitely stay there again!! Awesome service!!

The room was very spacious. The AC worked great and the beds were very comfy.
Parking spaces were too small. It's funny to pay for parking after spending so much on the room already. It should be free.

Park on the street if you can. They charge for parking in addition to your room charge. The room was very spacious. The AC worked great and the beds were very comfy.

The hotel was very nice, wish we had a longer stay to explore and use the pools and other amenities.
The drains were very slow in the shower, sink and toilet.

Nice staff, great location, and clean pleasant rooms.
