The location was close to the airport.

Our room didn't have a balcony.

A fine place to stay for a night, but it seemed like most of the people there were business travelers. Not many people hanging out by the pool. The hot tub was cold.

Tiny ants in my room, on the bed, but I was near the pool, and it's Costa Rica, lots a bugs.

Great staff and good food, accommodating front desk, free wifi in business center.

The restaurant staff was almost non existant. It took me way too long to get waited on.

The fact that it had a cheap shuttle to and from the airport.

That the shuttle only runs at certain times.

It was nice to be able to get a room last minute. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable.
