I like how they greeted us aswell as have us fresh hot cookies upon check in. It was close to restaurants & stores. And had a great breakfast buffet!

Helpful staff, very clean and comfortable. No problems.
My room did not include the free breakfast and nobody could explain why. Be sure to ask at the desk at checkin.

Very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful.

Very nice hotel - classy decor, comfortable
There was no vent in the bathroom

From the moment we walked through the front door, I was impressed. Clean, classy decor made it look fancy but not pretentious. Concierge was nice and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The one downside was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I found odd. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed, mini-fridge, microwave, closet, large TV and couch/coffee table. Downstairs they had a good gym area with two treadmills, an elliptical, bike and free weights. By mistake I chose a smoking room, which was not horrible, but still had smoke odor.

Front desk staff said there were no non-smoking rooms available. They did provide an ionizer for our room on the second day, which helped (after we bought candles and plug-ins. Room was in need of deep cleaning and remodeling. Will not use this hotel again.

The staff overall was ok, but there is always one person who stays in the back of your mind that negatively overcasts all the others. We didn't have enough towels and went to the desk and requested a few only to receive a chuckle and a "I'm sorry", but i don't have a key to get any and the cleaning crew isn't here yet! The apology wasn't even sincere. Ha
