Each time we get this hotel, they try to give us a handicap room.

Overall the hotel was nice, we had to request a non-handicap room since the handicap room had no bathtub and traveling with a child, we needed a bathtub.

clean room and facilities. Upgrade to executive level
and
lounge.
Some rooms have problem with faucet or water doesn't drain properly in bathtub or sink.

clean place to stay with comfy bed with sleep number, excellent service from the staff, most notably from Samantha at front desk who always remember my preference for room with microwave and fridge. Even better with the upgrade to executive level and lounge as Hilton Gold member. The lady at the executive lounge also always provided great services. Highly recommended. ...read more

The sleep number beds were awesome, and the pillows were plump and fresh.
Bathrooms were small.
