The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were big, tastefully decorated and very well taken care of. The workout facility was above average and the lobby area and restaurants all impressed. Great hotel for the money.

This was my second stay here and it is a serviceable hotel if you get it for a good price, but I would definitely not rate it as 3 1/2 stars. Looks-wise, it has a nice modern lobby but the staff - on both occassions - did not have the complete customer service style one would expect at this level. Although they did not actually do anything wrong, there is a lazy-type feeling on the part of the front desk as well as the restaurant staff - i.e. finishing a phone call before addressing someone in front of them, not taking any ownership for slight problems etc. Neither phone in the room was operable to reach the front desk when our message light was flashing and the phones were dirty. We ordered a salad at the restaurant and it took a very long time to arrive, even though they were not busy. Once it arrived, several of the ingredients were different than as described on the menu. Not such a big deal, but I was allergic to some of them and there was no apology on the part of the waitress. Then they were having trouble with their credit card machine which delayed us further and, again, no real concern that we were inconvenienced. The pool area is nice enough. The best thing about this hotel, for us, was its location close to relatives we were visiting and ease of getting around the Boca Raton area.
The walls were paper thin. We desperately needed to sleep in our first morning there and the noise from the hallway (doors slamming, people talking) was extremely loud. Impossible to sleep through. This hotel should invest in some sound proofing.

Nice room, convenient location but NOISY.

The hotel is older, but has been recently remodeled. The decor inside is nice, the bed was very comfortable, rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was helpful - we asked for more regular coffee for our room and a small box to send something home.
The location worked well for our purposes (visiting family in Boca Raton and flying out of Ft. Lauderdale) but be advised there is not much nearby (walkable) in terms of food, entertainment, etc.

We were really happy with our room and the staff we interacted with. The fitness center was nice, I used it both days we stayed here - newer treadmills and free weights with some mats and things for stretching. We did not eat at the restaurant or cafe, but both looked nice. The hotel was clean and well maintained inside and out. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is right off of I-95 and can be seen from the expressway. When we checked in we received a warm fresh cookie. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Staff and Freddie at the front desk was great
Parking is the only downside to this Hotel and only because I'm a little lazy and didn't want to walk!

This should be a 4+ Star Hotel without a doubt. I stayed 100+ nights on the road last year. Great property.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location
The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff was nice but not very helpful. I stayed two nights and my room was never cleaned. I even reminded them around 3 to service the room and they never did. I called for towels later that night and they never came.
