Only one Person was working. We had a late night arrival. Couldn't get any help or extra amenities (fridge upon arrival)
It was not near the beach it was not a four-star or three star at all very old rooms felt like an old smokers room. Plus I paid more on the Priceline bidding than the Priceline express deal was

The best thing about this hotel, for us, was its location close to relatives we were visiting and ease of getting around the Boca Raton area.
The walls were paper thin. We desperately needed to sleep in our first morning there and the noise from the hallway (doors slamming, people talking) was extremely loud. Impossible to sleep through. This hotel should invest in some sound proofing.
Nice room, convenient location but NOISY.

The location for me was terrific.
The staff was very helpful.
Last year I stayed at this hotel, my experience was merely acceptable. This year the staff seemed better and the hotel seemed cleaner.

Guest Services were not accommodating. We requested a roll away & a refrigerator several times, were advised several times they were on their way; however, they never arrived. During the multiple calls to obtain these, we were constantly quoted a differen

Staff was very friendly.
Water running in the next room was so loud! You often feel a flood is coming!
The hotel is very clean and good for a one night stay. The plumbing is so loud it will wake you up during the night! The bathroom is very small. Do not park next to the golf course because as we were leaving, an Explorer had there side window hit by a golf ball and the hotel said they were not responsible because there is one small sign posted stating "Park at your own risk" and includes the risk of flying golf balls. Problem is, there are golf balls all over the road on the way into the hotel. Who would be liable then is a golf ball hit your window. ...
