I booked a non smoking room.When I checked into my room it had a awful smokers odor. The manager on duty said he was completely sold out and offered me a continental breakfast coupon. This room cost me xxx. Not good customer service.

The rooms were great - spacious, fully equipped, good beds, and clean.
No problems.

The Double Tree Guest Suites in Charlotte South Park is a great value. Large, spacious suites, fully equipped kitchens, great TVs, perfect beds and most of all, clean carpets. Stay there - you'll be glad you did.

Too much to choose from! Great location; walked to a delicious dinner right down the street. Bed was super-comfy, room big and clean.
$10 a day for wifi?? That's outrageous.Fitness room left a lot to be desired - small, badly lit and stuck on a lower floor with no natural light.

Big, comfortable suite with a desk, couch, TV and bar/sink/fridge in one room; beds and bath in the other. Public spaces comfortable and spacious; loved the outdoor seating with fire pits. Great area - walked to a delicious upscale restaurant for dinner, then to an upscale mall to window shop.

Located pefectly beside the Southpark mall.
Had to go to the lobby for wifi. But for the price I paid I can't complain.

Was perfectly located beside the beautiful Southpark mall.We only stayed overnight and had supper at the Cheesecake Factory in the mall but everything was so close and made for an enjoyable stop over.The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed in the room.(microwave,fridge,seperate bedroom).I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

the hotel had a bad odor in the hallway and plus the heat wasnt working in our rooms so we had to change rooms.The service sucked plus it was noisy because they was changing locks on everybody doors in the hotel. Never again will i stay there.

Great location, spacious rooms, good coffee in room
Hot room - subpar HVAC system. Room thermostat would not go lower than 65 degrees and the room would not get cooler than 70 degrees. I like it to be cool when I sleep - around 62-64 degrees.
