Family Traveling with Young Children
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying for the purpose of Disney World. Shuttles were very good, My family and I had a rental car so it was not an issue. Room was clean and the staff ROCKED the house! ALWAYS pleasant with a smile on their face. We were sad to leave but look forward to our next visit in Florida, if we do Orlando/Disney I will definitely stay at the Double Tree again and again. ...

Great hotel. Will definitely be back. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. No real complaints. We did have some issues with the hotel shuttle not being on time on multiple occasions but other than that it was a perfect stay.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Very nice hotel. Excellent service. Great shuttle service to the theme parks though the shuttle from Magic Kingdom was very long and packed. Extra fee for wireless and parking.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The hotel was nice and I really liked having a suite. The location is right across from Downtown Disney and there are buses that take you to Downtown Disney and the Disney parks, though we didn't try them.

Family Traveling with Young Children
We stayed 1st 2 nights at Disney PO Riverside. For the money, this was an excellent alternative. Good shuttles to Downtown and the parks, friendly staff, large, clean rooms. Charging extra for parking ($10) and hot breakfast wasn't great, but everything else was.

Located in a great spot on Disney property. Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to all attractions. Bus transportation was great.

We have a 15 year old boy and a 1 year old baby. We had a suite with a king bed and pullout sofa, which was perfect. Great friendly staff, nice hotel, mediocre food. Great value. Would definitely stay there again

10 Reasons not to choose Double Tree Guest Suites By Hilton No locks for any bathroom! If you have kids, your spouse must work as a part-timer security guard. No vent in bathrooms (humidity up to 90%). To solve it, do not take showers! No trash in the master bedroom. So, bring your own trash for temporal use! No tissues in both rooms (go to the bathroom to get some!) Or buy your own as what I have done. No dim light in the bathroom. Do not try to go to there or if you have to, please wear your sunglasses. No good housekeeping. Room makeup is limited to fixing your bed only! No free Internet. The charge per device! If you have a laptop, iPad and iPhone=$30/night! No baby couch No new furniture.
