Hotel Guest Reviews of the Doubletree Guest Suites Phoenix

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

This was a great hotel. The staff was super friendly, and the check-in/out process was efficient. My three-year-old daughter loved it so much she kept referring to it as her "home!" We ordered room service which arrived on-time & hot!

This was a great hotel. The staff was super friendly, and the check-in/out process was efficient. My three-year-old daughter loved it so much she kept referring to it as her "home!" We ordered room service which arrived on-time & hot! The next morning we went down for the "complimentary breakfast" expecting danishes, bagels, and juice, and we were stunned that it was a full continental breakfast. My daughter had scrambled eggs, strawberries, and chocolate milk, while me and my husband enjoyed omeletes, pancakes, and breakfast meats. We ate a full, well-cooked meal to start our day. Kudos! ...read more

The food was very good.Breakfast buffet was above average, and the sirloin steak I had one evening was very good.
There was a contingency of little girls about 6 to 12 years of age, that were there for some beauty pageant. There were always some in the pool yelling and screaming all day and night long. Nothing was done at all about this.

I'll never stay at this facility again.

Good location to get to the airport, clean rooms.
This hotel needs an update. It's dark and gloomy around the atrium, public seating was old and dingy.

Great breakfast included. The rooms were nice, but the overall appearance was dated and shabby. It needs a facelift.

Very clean, beautiful hotel. Great staff.
getting to room a bit confusing with the placement of the elevators but the room was worth getting to:)

We would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect for our trip. Close to freeway but quiet. Elegant, friendly.

Great rooms, close to the airport.

No hesitation to book here again. Only a couple blocks to the airport.

The only thing negative about the room we stayed in was that the furniture needs updating! Looks pretty worn. The location is excellent for going to sporting events. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet actually
We truly loved our stay at the Double Tree! The furniture needs to be changed very worn and the pillows were very flat. But that is the only negative things we have to say.

Just come and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. Great breakfast buffet. One of the best we ever had at a hotel. Great beds very comfortable, got a great nights sleep! Great price for the value!

Did not give us the rooms we selected!

Location and front desk staff were great! Rooms clean and nice pool! Dining staff were somewhat rude and rushed and we did not get room promised.
