Hotel Guest Reviews of the Doubletree Guest Suites Phoenix
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 5, 2013

This was a great hotel. The staff was super friendly, and the check-in/out process was efficient. My three-year-old daughter loved it so much she kept referring to it as her "home!" We ordered room service which arrived on-time & hot! The next morning we went down for the "complimentary breakfast" expecting danishes, bagels, and juice, and we were stunned that it was a full continental breakfast. My daughter had scrambled eggs, strawberries, and chocolate milk, while me and my husband enjoyed omeletes, pancakes, and breakfast meats. We ate a full, well-cooked meal to start our day. Kudos! ...

Great breakfast included. The rooms were nice, but the overall appearance was dated and shabby. It needs a facelift.

We would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect for our trip. Close to freeway but quiet. Elegant, friendly.

Location and front desk staff were great! Rooms clean and nice pool! Dining staff were somewhat rude and rushed and we did not get room promised.
