Hotel Guest Reviews of the Doubletree Hotel Atlanta/Buckhead
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

This stay was excellent! I will probably only stay at Doubletree's in the future because of this experience. We enjoyed ourselves and the room was perfect and we got free cookies! Would definitely recommend others to stay here.

The hotel does not include parking and the area it's in is quite densely packed so if you do have a car, be prepared to fork out some cash for parking. $18/day if you're leaving the car there, $20 for in-out privileges and more for valet parking...

The staff was wonderful here. The hotel is in the center of everything and is less than a block from the marta. The hotel also has free shuttle service that will take you anywhere you need to go within a 3 mile radius. The property is newly remodeled.

For the money we spent, I expected a quiet and relaxing stay. Instead, the whole experience was marred by our rude and very loud neighbors on floor five. We truly did not sleep either night we were there because of the noise. The rooms had very little to soundproof them. We asked at the desk for extra cups for our room and were told they would be brought to us by housekeeping, but an hour later we still had not received them. We called and told them to cancel since it was already so late. The room was so very nice, it was a shame our experience was ruined by other guests. I also was disappointed that we did not have a refrigerator in the room to keep our drinks cold. Self parking was impossible, so we had to pay the extra $25 per day to valet the car. :( Hotel was beautiful, but I will not stay there again since the overall experience was not good. ...

Very disappointing stay with outdated appliances and no free parking while other hotels in area have free parking. When asking about a technical issue in the room the front desk would not share the answer, but sent a serviceman. Showed up 3+ hours later, with a canned answer.
