Hotel Guest Reviews of the Doubletree Hotel Atlanta/Buckhead
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(17) | Solo Traveler(24) | Traveling as Couple(29) | Family with Young Children(6) | Family with Teens(5) | Senior Traveler(3) | Group Traveler(2)

The staff were very friendly and the valet service very prompt. They dealt with any problems in a quick and professional manner.
When we went to use the pull out sofa, we discovered soiled sheets.
Overall, the visit was a pleasant one. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our room, but we were quickly changed to a better room, so I was quite satisfied. The hotel is very nice, but I think it is due for some sprucing up. Some of the furniture and woodwork looked a bit worn, and the TV was an older model.

good value and location
front desk staff was overwhelmed
Hotel was well located and nice but front desk staff were the slowest I have ever experienced at any hotel. Check in took thirty minutes and were very slow to answer phone when other requests were made.

The location was great and we enjoyed having a bar onsite!
I selected in my bid getting a hotel with a pool; this hotel did NOT have a pool.
The hotel was nice, staff was nice. No real complaints other than we were looking for a hotel with a pool.
