Sadly, horrible stay! At&T DOES NOT WORK,how can a cellphone not work?, nor T-Mobile & another Name cell. NOR have Internet!?! no sign at desk mentioning! Staff said and quote "Hotel Area, or At&t Fault"! Paid for hotel internet, tha

No CELL!! NO Internet! I swear lol! (you can put desk & bed outside or get room next door 200 yards away and will work;) :) because refurbished old concrete bldg., no cell reception for 3 major carriers.!! Even when paying for hotel internet, that didn't work?!? Staff never (nor sign posting) told us, upon respectful 7 inquiries, Repeatedly told diverse stories.! They are trained to ignore and make certain statements. Rarely pay for internet, although that not an issue at all, the fact that hotel internet didn't work!?! THEN!...COMPUTERS in BUSINESS CAENTERS DID NOT WORK during my 24 hr stay!! Staff said at 7pm, midnight, 4am, 6am, 7am, and finally 10am that (both two) only temporarily down, or it was "Priceline homepage"!! LOL..or was because I wasn't using Yahoo! Really, work for D.C. security tech..:) PC literate and always happy traveler:) Actually took time to call Doubletree Corp after 3 hours no help, although LOVE Doubletree/Hilton etc..:) Just want other fellow travelers not to be stuck without communication!!.. Hotel Longtime Staff member told me confidently that 3 cells don't work at this hotel, although staff denied again and again. blamed Cell tower, airport,At&T,even Priceline!! And that hotel has installed three(3) boosters that do not assist. The financial loss without internet and cell phone use was over 1k in 12 hours, and even paid for HOTEL ROOM next door that night additional full retail over xxx! where all cell/internet worked, hotel 300 yards next door:) Aside from other bad reviews have recently read..re: dated etc, I wont mention. I should have taken time to review:) (Ravioli in dining room $19.00?? LOL) My once in lifetime of 15 year customer review and refund really doesn't make difference, wish fellow travelers KNOWLEDGE! that's all:) My spouse of 24 years thought we should move lamp,bed,desk, and pillows outside in 44F weather that night so we could use equipment outside! Management was horrible. ...staff was great but the management was very disrespectful an rude!! Waited over an hour to check in a room that was empty the night before! !

The hotel wasn't as nice as most 3.5 star hotels I've stayed at thru Priceline.

No complimentary breakfast. Nice outdoor pool.

cell phone did not work in room. Hi speed internet was an additional $10 per day. Staff saud they get complaints about these two items all the time.

The staff was nice.
The room had a big heater/air unit that was no longer need because the room currently has central heat/air. It makes the room look cheap.

Beds were not comfortable. Doubles instead of queens.
No cell phone reception! Hard to believe but cell phones just do not work at this property. Think hotel is a solid two star. Not a 3.5 star.

excellent, friendly staff
room not up to star level or name brand.

good, safe location close to airport and walking distance to dining. nice courtyard. rooms not up to par for star level or brand. I was excited when I found out the name of the hotel, but really let down when i got there. It wasn't terrible by any means, just not 3 star.

The staff was very helpful with our problem
When we checked our room for bedbugs, we discovered blood on the top sheet of the bed. The woman who replaced it was very apologetic and she did take care of it in a timely manner, but it was in plain sight and should not have been missed
