Hotel Guest Reviews of the Doubletree Hotel Charlotte Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 24, 2013

dont stay there. for this price you can get better deals in Charlotte. This is definitely not a 3.5 star hotel. Rather 2 star with a 3 star price...No cell phone reception. end up paying extra for everything

I have stayed here before and this was my worst experience. Previously, the cleaning staff was EXTREMELY late cleaning my room (after 4 pm). This time I informed the front desk that was leaving for a while (approximately 12 pm) and my room could be cleaned. When I returned (approximately 3:30 pm), my room was not cleaned. An hour later, I noticed that cleaning staff was 2 doors down and I left again to allow them to clean the room. I returned around 6 pm and my room still was not cleaned. I went to the front desk and ask had the cleaning staff left for the day and was informed that they had. I let the manager know my room had not been cleaned and I asked for clean linen and a large trash bag. The manager did give complimentary breakfast bar vouchers. I am very disappointed with this service.

Room seemed new, clean & comfortable. AT&T Internet access in room is free to those with AT&T accounts but not free to others; I was told WiFi is free to all in the lobby. Basic, clean fitness room. In-room coffee machine. Reasonable room service choices, at room service prices (i.e., not cheap). Front desk provided a couple of toiletry items I needed, no charge. Corridors smelled of cigarette smoke, but I rarely detected this inside my non-smoking room. Nice room. ...
