Clean! An nice !
Management was horrible. ...staff was great but the management was very disrespectful an rude!! Waited over an hour to check in a room that was empty the night before! !

Good location.
The hotel wasn't as nice as most 3.5 star hotels I've stayed at thru Priceline.

No complimentary breakfast. Nice outdoor pool.

excellent, friendly staff
room not up to star level or name brand.

good, safe location close to airport and walking distance to dining. nice courtyard. rooms not up to par for star level or brand. I was excited when I found out the name of the hotel, but really let down when i got there. It wasn't terrible by any means, just not 3 star.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Need at least a microwave in the rooms or one for guest use.

This is an overall great hotel. However, we were not asked what kind of room we wanted so we were given a double. We wanted a king sized bed so we pushed the two double beds together. The rooms do not have a fridge or microwave, FYI. The staff did let us go into their break room to warm our food up though. Wi-fi is NOT FREE at this hotel until you're a rewards member with a certain amount of points. ...read more

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The interior grounds appeared very nice-I wish the weather was a little warmer because the sitting areas looked great. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced (compared to similar hotels) and very good.
The rooms were very nice, however there was some visable water stains in the ceiling in our room. Also, the staff could have been a little more friendly.
