Boarders on a bad location of Dallas but centurally located and easy to get everywhere. Loved the bedding and pillows. Such comfort!!!!
All GREAT! Location is only questionable area.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, wonderful bedding and pillows. Location is perfect for getting around Dallas. Went downtown, Highland Village shopping/movie area, Northeast Mall. Very accessible.

HVAC control up to 76degrees and room never got warmer - almost like the thermostat had no real connection to changing the temp in the room.$2 for go coffee? Most hotels provide it in lobby free.

There was so much privacy.
Only thing that drove me crazy was the housekeeper the last morning in town. She kept knocking to come clean, but I realized I didn't have the do not disturb sign up.

The hotel is a nice property. Really close to downtown, and uptown . The staff at the hotel was amazing!!!??

Close to UTSW for chemo treatment.
There is major construction next door but it did to affect me. There is limited close parking but I have never been affected.

Good Market Center location. Not great area of town but mostly okay. Hotel has been updated and lobby, rooms and common areas are nice. Small shop for those items you need or forgot. Bar for libations if needed.

I loved that they had a free shuttle service for a 3 mile radius.
The lighting in the room was a little too dim.

Nice hotel for the price. I checked in around 6 and workers were still hammering in the hotel being built next door. Left at 7 AM the next day, so not sure when the hammering starts in the morning. I would stay here again, if I wasn't planning on sleeping in the next day.

It was clean and convenient to all of Dallas.
only one cup of coffee and no breakfast ... in the room rate.

Seriously. I believe this is the first hotel I have stayed in that didn't have complimentary coffee.

I waas told there was a hotel shuttle from the airport, there wasn't. I paid a total of $45 for cabs

Clean updated and over all a great hotel. I was told there was a hotel shuttle, but getting to the airport in Dallas I found that there was not one at that hour. (?)So I took a cab for $20 to get to the hotel Then when checking out, I asked for the shuttle to take me to Love Field Airport. I was told that "the shuttle only goes 3 miles and that the airport was 4 miles away, so no shuttle". I had to pay $25 to go those 4 miles.
