The air conditioner in the room did NOT work. It was blowing humid air out the entire time. We had it set way cool, but it was so uncomfortable. There was a was of hair found in the bedding of one of our beds. YUCK. Not as nice as expected.

Location is good and property is generally good.
The last 4 times in this hotel I have gotten bad rooms.

This is a very good hotel for location and cleanliness. However the last 4 visits hear I got a corner balcony room, all on different floors, that was completely unacceptable! The siding glass door rattled in the wind and allowed enough air in the room to blow the curtains away from the windows. This made it impossible to sleep. All other rooms I've had at this hotel have been very good. I've tried to refuse these rooms without any luck! ...read more

Good location for market center. Good price on auction site.
Lighting was poor. Really small bathrooms with low ceiling.

Good bargain if you are not paying full price. If paying full price I would choose one of several other Hilton properties in the area. Old building that has been remodeled and really kept up quite well. Nothing in the area you would walk to except a Dennys, Market Center, or another property. Lighting was poor in my opinion, mattress was not up to usual Hilton standards. They do have microwave & fridge,good internet and TV. Beautiful pool area. Boarders on a bad location of Dallas but centurally located and easy to get everywhere. Loved the bedding and pillows. Such comfort!!!!
All GREAT! Location is only questionable area.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, wonderful bedding and pillows. Location is perfect for getting around Dallas. Went downtown, Highland Village shopping/movie area, Northeast Mall. Very accessible.

The location is good for our needs and the staff was really friendly.
no, all was fine

This hotel is good for business travelers and for a one-two night stay. we were leaving the next morning to catch a flight and the location was great for the DFW airport. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Shuttles to downtown were great, but there was no shuttle from Love Field.

Comfortable beds and nicely renovated.

Rooms were comfortable and clean.
The only problem we had was they charged us more when we asked for 2 beds. I use Priceline all the time and have never had to pay more for 2 beds. When we asked for a rollaway they told us they could not reserve one, it was first come first serve.

We didn't have any issues with this hotel besides them charging more for 2 beds. Would have been nice to have breakfast, but they didn't. There is a restaurant on site. The beds are comfortable and the room with a balcony was nice. We just stayed one night so didn't get to do much there at the hotel.
