It was a very interesting building, and the bar was nice.

The pool was closed when we tried to go for a dip.

Not much.

Rooms dirty, bug in bed, carpet filthy, no help from front desk, sink cracked and dirty..

Displeased. I have stayed at a lot of hotels lately and this one is by far the worst. In fact, I am not sure that I have ever stayed in such a poor hotel.

Hotel van service very friendly.

Room quality overall reminded of a Holiday Inn Suite Hotel; Hilton Garden Inn much nicer rooms.

I would not stay at this hotel again as it does not meet the star level rating you described and rooms need to be seriously updated.

Dirty!

The main light didn't work. The toilet seat was broken. Bathroom was dirty. When I placed my soap on the soap dish. It was covered in hair. It grossed me out. Tried to order room service two different times and couldn't get an answer both times. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel was very modern and cozy. The beds are the most thing I loved the most. I did not want to leave!

Very loud people next door to use while my family and I were sleeping. I could not get sleep all night and this was a turn off.

We thought the staff was great. We really loved the chocolate chip cookies!!

No complaints.

Very nice staff. We also enjoyed the shuttle service. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
